Rosalee Sinn who worked for Heifer International for over 30 years, was at the International Conference on Goats in Arizona where IGA was borne and one of the key people in convincing Heifer International to sponsor IGA when it was being organized. She was the Editor of the IGA newsletter for most of the 1980s as well as the Secretary-Treasurer from 1993 to 1999. As many longtime members of IGA will know, Rosalee was for many years the social glue which kept many people involved with IGA.
