      Institutional members play a key role in supporting the mission of the International Goat Association. Through important partnerships, the IGA is uniting leaders around the world, building a strong network of institutions, scientists, academics, producers and other devoted individuals and organizations.        It is time to renew your IGA membership.  You will notice that the cost of all memberships has increased by $2.50 USD.       <br />

       Due to cost increases at Elsevier, our membership fees have been increased by $5 USD over the past 2 years.  <a class="link" href="http://www.iga-goatworld.com/Membership-Rate-Increase-for-2011_a31.html">We announced this change in January 2011</a>.       <br />

   <title>IGA/IFAD project : A mission in India to explore the IMGOATS project in Rajasthan</title>

     <div>
      Within  the IGA/IFAD project, comparative analysis has been planned to scale up the success factors of the pro-poor projects invoving goats.        <br />
              <br />
       After the Brasilian, Turkish and Tadjik cases, we have implemented the Indian cases and study the case of the IMGOATS project. This project financed by IFAD, Euroopean Commission is led during 3 years by BAIF, an important Indian N.G.O. with scientific support of ILRI.       <br />
       This project has two sites in Jarklhand and Rajasthan.        <br />
              <br />
       The mission focused on the Rajasthan case with a field visit and the participation in the National Advisory Committee in Udaipur, February, 11th 2012.. The IMGOATS project (IM for improving market and for Indian Mozambique) is implemented in India and in Mozambique with the same methodology       <br />
