April 30, 2026: Abstract submission deadline; initiate double-blind peer review.
June 30, 2026: Send acceptance notifications with revision feedback; confirm oral/poster presentation lists.
Note: Each research abstract should comprise the following sections: title, author’s name and affiliation, a brief summary, keywords, introduction, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and references. Minor modifications to the session topics are allowed for review papers. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings to be distributed at the conference. No more than 300 words, and PPT is also required.
Registration & Agenda Finalization:
July 1, 2026: Begin regular registration; close supplementary paper submissions.
August 15, 2026: Registration deadline; finalize attendee list; publish preliminary agenda.
